เมื่อวันที่ 3 มิถุนายน 2569 บริษัท ทรอปิคอลแคนนิ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)

ได้จัดการแข่งขันวอลเลย์บอล “Tropical Grand Prix 2026” โดยได้รับเกียรติจากคุณชัยพงศ์ แสงแจ่ม กรรมการบริหาร เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของพนักงาน (Well-being) ผ่านกิจกรรมกีฬา พร้อมทั้งสร้างความสามัคคี ความสัมพันธ์อันดี และความผูกพันระหว่างผู้บริหารและพนักงาน

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติได้มีส่วนร่วมในการแข่งขันและทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันอย่างเท่าเทียม สะท้อนถึงการส่งเสริมความหลากหลายและการมีส่วนร่วม (Diversity & Inclusion) ภายในองค์กร ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการทำงานเป็นทีม การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และการสร้างความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างบุคลากรจากหลากหลายวัฒนธรรม

นอกจากนี้ กิจกรรมยังเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความผูกพันของพนักงานต่อองค์กร (Employee Engagement) สร้างขวัญกำลังใจและบรรยากาศการทำงานที่เป็นมิตร อันนำไปสู่วัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน โดยบริษัทฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรมนี้อย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 3

On 3 June 2026, Tropical Canning (Thailand) Public Company Limited organized the “Tropical Grand Prix 2026” Volleyball Tournament. The event was officially opened by Mr. Chaiyapong Sangjam, Executive Director, who presided over the opening ceremony.

The tournament was organized to promote employee well-being through sports and physical activities, while fostering unity, positive relationships, and stronger engagement between management and employees.

The event provided an opportunity for both Thai and migrant employees to participate equally in a friendly competition, reflecting the Company’s commitment to Diversity & Inclusion. It also encouraged teamwork, knowledge sharing, and mutual understanding among employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.

This activity further demonstrates the Company’s dedication to continuous human capital development by promoting both physical and mental well-being, while creating a supportive and collaborative workplace environment.

In addition, the tournament plays an important role in strengthening Employee Engagement, boosting morale, and cultivating a positive organizational culture. This year marks the third consecutive year of the event, reinforcing the Company’s commitment to building a strong, inclusive, and sustainable workplace in line with its ESG principles.
