บริษัท ทรอปิคอลแคนนิ่ง (ประเทศไทย) รับประกาศนียบัตรองค์กรผู้ส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านการเงินการลงทุนแก่บุคลากร ประจำปี 2569

เมื่อวันที่ 9 ตุลาคม 2569 นายชยฉัตร ยศสุนทร ผู้จัดการอาวุโสส่วนงานทรัพยากรบุคคลและเลขานุการบริษัท บริษัท ทรอปิคอลแคนนิ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) เข้ารับประกาศนียบัตร “องค์กรผู้ส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านการเงินการลงทุนแก่บุคลากร” ประจำปี 2569 ภายใต้โครงการ Financial Well-being in Workplace ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. พรอนงค์ บุษราตระกูล เลขาธิการ ก.ล.ต. เป็นผู้มอบประกาศนียบัตร

โครงการ Financial Well-being in Workplace มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการเงินและการลงทุนให้แก่กลุ่มคนวัยทำงาน เสริมสร้างทักษะทางการเงินที่จำเป็น สนับสนุนการเริ่มต้นลงทุนอย่างถูกต้องและเหมาะสม ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการใช้ตลาดทุนเป็นช่องทางในการสร้างความมั่นคงทางการเงินในระยะยาว เพื่อให้บุคลากรมีเงินเพียงพอสำหรับการดำรงชีวิตหลังเกษียณ และมีสุขภาวะทางการเงินที่ดีอย่างยั่งยืน

บริษัทฯ ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการมีสุขภาวะทางการเงินที่ดีของพนักงาน โดยเชื่อว่าการส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านการเงินและการลงทุนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมต้องเริ่มจากความมุ่งมั่นของผู้บริหารระดับสูง และการถ่ายทอดนโยบายสู่การปฏิบัติผ่านฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร ควบคู่กับการส่งเสริมสวัสดิการและคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงาน

​Tropical Canning (Thailand) Receives 2026 Certificate of Recognition for Promoting Financial and Investment Literacy Among Employees

On 9 October 2026, Mr. Chayachat Yossundara, Senior Manager of Human Resources and Company Secretary of Tropical Canning (Thailand) Public Company Limited, received the 2026 Certificate of Recognition for Organizations Promoting Financial and Investment Literacy Among Employees under the Financial Well-being in Workplace initiative organized by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Thailand. The certificate was presented by Professor Dr. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, Secretary-General of the SEC.

The Financial Well-being in Workplace initiative aims to promote financial and investment literacy among working-age individuals by equipping them with essential financial knowledge and skills. It encourages informed and appropriate investment decisions and promotes the use of the capital market as a channel for long-term wealth accumulation, helping employees prepare financially for retirement and achieve sustainable financial well-being.

Tropical Canning (Thailand) recognizes the importance of employees’ financial well-being and believes that effective financial education begins with the commitment of senior management and is translated into practical initiatives through the Human Resources (HR) function.
